At HB Snowear, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders are dispatched from China.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During new product launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and peak periods.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

 

Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates for Australian orders:

Free shipping on all Australian orders over A$100.

A$10 flat rate shipping for Australian orders under A$100.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HB Snowear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

HB Snowear is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.


Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally happen.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hbsnowear@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.

HB Snowear is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather, customs, or force majeure events.


Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page. 

Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Split Shipments

In some cases, we may ship items separately depending on stock availability or package size.

If this happens, you will be notified where applicable.
